Launching Overview

Launching and leading a church has been known as one of the loneliest callings. Whether you are preparing to launch a church, strive to break the next barrier in your church or are experiencing leadership challenges, a Launching Coaching Network can play a significant role in your growth as a lead pastor. Through the personal coaching of experienced pastor-practitioners, you will hone your leadership skills to grow a healthy church.

In our work with church planters we’ve discovered that if you combine training with a coaching environment, you’re much more likely to be successful – in fact, 70% of church planters we’ve worked with have broken the 200 barrier within the first two years. Almost every pastor values small groups – but how many pastors are in a small group of their peers? Launching Coaching Networks will you the opportunity to connect with other church planters and to learn from a pastor who has successfully started a church.

  • Raising Money: We don’t provide you with funds, but we’ll show you effective ways to raise money for your new church start.

  • Immediacy: No one plans for a crisis. Networks are designed to be flexible enough to deal with the immediate pressure points that pastors are deal with each month.
