NEXT Leadership Networks are designed as a small-group experience - 12 pastors in a group - and meet one day per month for 6 consecutive months. NEXT Networks have a structured agenda, but are flexible enough to deal with the immediate pressure points pastors experience. Everyone has their questions answered and everyone is safe to talk about the real issues they are facing in ministry.
Cost: The cost of the coaching network is $250 per month and requires that you make a 6-month commitment.

Ron Sylvia is the founding and lead pastor of Church at the Springs in Ocala, Florida. The church started in an office building 12 years ago with only 21 people and now averages nearly 3,000 in weekly attendance. While leading a fast growing church, Ron learned the value of mentoring and coaching. As a result, he has personally coached hundreds of church planters and pastors and has recently authored his story and methods in the book, Starting New Churches on Purpose.
