Ron Sylvia is the founding and lead pastor of Church at the Springs in Ocala, Florida. The church started in an office building 13 years ago with only 21 people and now averages nearly 3,000 in weekly attendance. While leading a fast growing church, Ron learned the value of mentoring and coaching. As a result, he has personally coached hundreds of church planters and pastors and has recently authored his story and methods in the book, Starting New Churches on Purpose. As one of a few certified to train others in the Tom Paterson Strategic Planning Process, Ron has a passion to help pastors think and act strategically in the local church.

Jim Cowart

Jim Cowart is the founding pastor of Harvest United Methodist Church in Warner Robins, Georgia. A United Methodist congregation, Harvest launched in 2001 following the purpose-driven church model and was recipient of the 2005 PD Church Health Award. A creative strategist, Jim serves as a trainer and coach with Next, a group of networks that help pastors start healthy churches that launch large.

Hal Mayer

Hal Mayer is the founding pastor of Church at The Bay in Tampa, FL. (www.churchatthebay.com). The Bay launched on Sept. 11, 2005 and has grown to more than 500 in attendance.  Hal earned his masters in religious education and his doctorate in Educational Leadership and is a certified trainer for the Center for Creative Leadership.  As an executive pastor, he has lead many churches through transition.  He is also the author of Step By Step: How to Transition Your Sunday School to Small Groups and Making the Critical Connection. Hal serves as a coach with the Purpose Driven Church Planting Network, a network of church planters that teaches and encourages church planters nationwide.

Gary Lamb

Gary Lamb is the founding and lead pastor of Revolution Church in Canton, Ga (www.TheRevolution.tv). The church held it's first service on August 15th, 2004 and has grown to more than 1,000 in attendance.  Know for his passion to "do whatever it takes, short of sinning" to reach those far from God, Revolution has baptized over 450 people since it's first service and over 70% of those in attendance were unchurched before attending Revolution.  Gary has a passion for church. He serves as a church planting strategist for a church planting organization in Georgia, is a regular teacher at a church planting school in North Georgia, has spoken at numerous church planting conferences, and regularly hosts church planters through quarterly roundtables put on by Revolution Church.
